How to make the time we have mean something | Jo Barnett

Time means something to all of us.

Time seems to be flying right now, the days are rolling into one and before you know it we have another weekend. Within weeks we will return to ‘normal life’ and this time in isolation there will be a distant memory.

What will you remember from your time in the lock?

I know I will remember the time I spent contacting people, reminding them that there is always someone to listen to.

I will remember the zoom lessons and I saw the faces of my clients, at home and employing themselves, all going through a unique journey.

I will remember the friends who were there for me and chatted with them most days and for that I am so grateful.

Mostly I want to remember that we are all responsible for caring for each other, in the family, in the elderly, in our neighbors, and I hope that the communities we all built will stay with us long after the lock is over.

As you enter the final weeks of this unique state, you have the opportunity to create unique change, for yourself and for others.

What will be this change?

What do you want to take from this period in isolation and move on?

What lesson have you learned?

What are you grateful for?

Yesterday I put on some of my favorite tunes and danced around the room, it reminded me how much I love to dance and how grateful I am for that. Music can really lift your spirits instantly, try it this weekend.

I am here for all of you and if you have any questions do not hesitate Contact me for a free consultation.
